Réka Zambó’s primary practice area is employment law, where she advises Hungarian and international clients on a broad range of individual and collective employment law matters, as well as on day-to-day and strategic HR-related legal matters. Her practice includes drafting and reviewing employment agreements, internal policies and other employment-related documentation, advising on the establishment and termination of employment relationships, working time, remuneration and employee benefits, as well as supporting clients in workforce restructuring and collective labour law matters.
Her employment law practice is complemented by experience in data protection and privacy matters, with a particular focus on employment-related data protection and HR processes.
Réka also provides general commercial legal advice, with a particular focus on procurement-related matters, including the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial and procurement agreements and related contractual documentation.
Having gained experience both in-house and in private practice, she combines legal expertise with a practical understanding of HR and business processes and focuses on providing pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions.
