Dr. Hock Ernő, LL.M.

Dr. Ernő Hock’s principal areas of practice include employment law, data protection law, technology law, real estate law, and corporate law. As a legal expert specializing in artificial intelligence and technology law, he supports the legal compliance of technological developments, as well as automated and data-driven systems. During his practice as a junior associate, he has acquired extensive experience in advising international and large corporate clients on employment law matters, with particular emphasis on the drafting of employment-related documentation, the provision of ongoing employment law advice, and participation in employment-related litigation. In the field of data protection law, he is regularly involved in the implementation of GDPR compliance projects, the preparation of large-scale corporate data processing and data protection documentation, and the establishment of corporate data protection compliance frameworks. He also has comprehensive professional experience in legal matters related to the relocation and migration of international sports organizations to Hungary, the execution of acquisition and sale transactions involving industrial and residential real estate as well as agricultural land, the conduct of corporate law procedures, and the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. He provides legal services in both Hungarian and English.
