In the field of employment law, we provide legal support to our clients in all stages of the employment relationship. We provide employment law advice to support the decision-making of managers and the HR department. We also provide employment law training on request. We draft and review employment law (sample) documents, including employment contracts, management contracts, employer information notices, documents terminating employment by mutual agreement, termination of employment or termination with immediate effect, non-competition agreements, study contracts, etc.
In addition to providing advice on employment law, we draft, prepare and support the introduction of employer policies for our clients, including those relating to fringe benefits (cafeteria), bonuses, the use and control of company cars, company mobile phones and computer equipment.
We provide our clients with legal advice on the planning of employment law consequences of certain strategic decisions, including the outsourcing or sale of business units, certain activities, etc., prepare the necessary employment law documents and assist in their implementation. We are in charge of designing the construction of cross-border postings for our clients and drafting the necessary employment law documents.
In the context of an employment law audit, we identify and analyse critical segments that may pose a risk from an employment law perspective by examining the relevant employment law documents and assessing the legally relevant circumstances. We prepare a summary report of the audit, in which we offer our clients an appropriate and effective toolkit to minimise/eliminate the identified employment law risks. On request, the summary report can be prepared in German or English in addition to Hungarian. If required, we work with our clients to implement the necessary steps to comply with employment law requirements, including the preparation and revision of the necessary sample employment contracts, sample information leaflets and model rules.
We provide legal advice on collective bargaining and draft collective agreements. We support and represent our clients in employment inspections, litigation and extra-judicial proceedings.
Due to the foreign clientele of our office, we have been assisting our clients in immigration procedures for several years. We prepare and accompany third-country nationals in applying for and obtaining various residence permits. In the first instance, we support the employees of priority employers in the smooth implementation of processes. Our office constantly monitors changes in Hungarian legislation regarding obtaining current types of residence permits and residence cards for third-country nationals and informs its clients about their request.
