Tímea Tompa’s main areas of expertise are real estate law, construction law, commercial law, and corporate law. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal support for greenfield investments, from the selection of the investment site to the handover of the completed investment. She has also provided legal advice on brownfield investments, primarily on the investor side. In her real estate law practice, she advises on leases, real estate transactions and legal issues arising in the course of real estate management with a focus on practical solutions. In the field of corporate law, she supports her clients in the establishment of companies and in the legal implementation of changes that become necessary during their operation. She is also experienced in the preparation and review of commercial contracts. She provides legal advice in Hungarian, English, and German. Her clients include both domestic and international companies.
