Logistics

Product liability, product safety, cyberresilience, product recall
Technically complex connected products are often manufactured in several stages and by suppliers in different countries. International distribution channels and new technical, further cybersecurity regulatory provisions enhance the challenge for product compliance. We support in ensuring product compliance and in setting up contractual frameworks with suppliers and customers. We also help in crisis situation, defending product liability claims or communication with the market surveillance authority in case of product safety issue.
